One of the mental disturbances of the Muslim Philosopher is the verity of the soul and understanding itsunknown factors.Abstraction is one of the most important carnal attributes, the existence of the soul as an abstract essence which remains after the annihilating of the body; it has a close relationship with resurrection and the life after dying. The aim of this article is to investigate the views of the abstraction of the soul and its maintenance from the point of view of the two great Muslim philosopher Afzalodin Marghi kashani and MolaSadra in descriptive method with the qualitative way. Both Kashani and MolaSadra brought reasons for the abstraction of the soul which it will be referred in this article. The findings show that MolaSadra declares the soul according to the essence motion as annihilated body and remaining soul., and according to Baba Afzal death is neither annihilating nor nonexisting, but is the subtraction of the joins, so that between the body and the soul and between us and anything except us is the joining and dying attribute, not the nonexistence and annihilating. These two philosophers believe that the soul doesn’t need the body after perfection, and by nature is needless to and independent of the body, because of that its interest to body is decreasing gradually on its way until the time of death which it abandons the body and continues its life in another world.
