fa چالش‌های «دموکراسی» در کاوش‌های «هگل» فلسفی Philosophy مقاله پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">هگل، با بررسیِ &laquo;انقلاب فرانسه&raquo; و پیامدهای ناگوار آن، دموکراسی را گونه‌ای از زمام‌داری توده&shy;ای می&shy;دانست که نه‌تنها حقوق اساسی افراد و خصوصا &laquo;اقلیت&shy;ها&raquo; پاس داشته نمی‌شود، بلکه آزادی نیز از طریق آن محقق نمی&shy;شود و به همین دلیل نیز فاقد عقلانیت است. ازهمین&shy;رو، او حق رأی همگانی را نیز مردود می&shy;شمارد. چراکه دموکراسی نقش نمایندگی در حیات سیاسی را تا حد امکان فرو می&shy;کاهد و حتی تمایل به لغو آن دارد، لذا در چنین وضعیتی فرد نمی&shy;تواند نماینده&shy;ای داشته باشد و با استیلای رأی همگانی، رأی فرد آن‌قدر بی&shy;اهمیت و ناچیز می&shy;شود که بی&shy;میلی و بی&shy;علاقگی گسترش می&shy;یابد و پیامد آن چیزی جز &laquo;جباریت اکثریت&raquo; نخواهد بود. درنتیجه، مردم نیز به تبع آن برای کسب منافع مادی و پی&shy;جویی امیال و انگیزه&shy;های آنی خویش رأی خواهند داد. در این مقاله، دیدگاه نقادانه هگل به دموکراسی و چالش&shy;های آن و راهکار وی برای شیوه زمام‌داری مطلوب مورد واکاوی قرار می&shy;گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Hegel by studied the French Revolution and its negative outcomes, and he identified democracy as a kind of mass that is not only unable to protect the basic rights of minorities, but also prevents freedom from being realized. Hence, he rejects universal suffrage as democracy undermines the role of representation in political life and even tends to cancel it, so in such a situation an individual cannot be represented and with the domination of the public vote is so insignificant that the outcome will not be extended beyond the &quot;the tyranny of the majority&quot;. As a result, people will vote to gain material interests and seek immediate impulses.
