Guide for Article Submission and File Upload
To submit an article to the Persian Language and Literature journal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Register on the Journal’s System
First, register on the journal’s system.
Once registered, log in using your username and password.
Step 2: Start the Submission Process
From the top menu on the main page, click on the "Submit Article" button. Alternatively, you can use the “Submit New Article Form” option in the middle of your personal dashboard.
On the new page, read the brief Article Formatting Guide displayed there. Afterward, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Click here to begin the process."
Step 3: Complete Article Information
In the newly opened page, provide all required details:
Number of authors, article language, study type, and article subject.
Click "Confirm and Continue."
After this, complete the Article Information Table:
Provide the title, abstract, and keywords in both Persian and English.
Enter the author details, including full name, academic rank, institutional affiliation, mobile number, and institutional email for each author, in the correct order of priority. Pay special attention to the order of authors and the corresponding author to avoid issues with acceptance certificates and publication.
Step 4: Upload Required Files
Upload the following files:
Main Article File:
Must include:
Similarity report certificate
Ethics and Conflict of Interest Form
Article title
Complete author information in order of priority
Persian abstract and keywords
Main text of the article
References (Persian and English)
English abstract
Anonymous File:
Must include:
Article title
Abstract and keywords
Main text of the article
Persian references (no author information).
After uploading the files, check the three boxes at the bottom of the page and click "Confirm and Continue."
Step 5: Review and Finalize Submission
In the next page, select "Continue: Review and Final Confirmation."
This page allows access to the article files for editing or attaching additional comments.
To add comments, click "Article Files" and use the section at the bottom of the page.
To edit the article details or files, click "Edit and Change File" and make the necessary modifications.
Step 6: Submit the Article
Once you have reviewed and verified all details, click "After final review of the article, click here to confirm and start the review process."
A confirmation email will be sent to you, and the article will be queued for review by the journal.
By following these steps, your article submission process will be completed successfully.
