Guide for Submitting Article Revisions

Dear Author,
Please follow the instructions below to revise your article and submit the revised files:

Steps for Revising and Submitting Your Article:
Log in to the system and access your personal dashboard. At the bottom of the page, click on the “Ready for Editing by the Submitter” option.
On the new page, review the reviewers' comments in the "Article Files" section.
After reviewing the comments and making the necessary revisions, go back to your personal dashboard, click “Ready for Editing by the Submitter”, and this time select “Edit and Change File” to enter the editing page. Complete the steps one by one until the final step, Confirm and Continue.
Note: The submission of revisions will not be considered complete until you receive an email confirmation from the system acknowledging the receipt of your revised article.
Important Points:
Revise your article in compliance with the journal's guidelines (available in the Author Guidelines section of the system) and the reviewers' comments. Ensure that the word count of the article does not exceed 8,000 words.
Highlight or comment on the revised sections of the article to clearly indicate the changes made for the final reviewer.
Write a response letter to the reviewers, detailing the revisions made or not made to the article. Address each reviewer’s comments separately and organize the responses in a single document. For example:
Response to Reviewer 1: ...
Response to Reviewer 2: ...
If you disagree with a reviewer’s comment and choose not to make the suggested change, provide a valid and clear justification.
Include the response letter in both the main file (revised article with complete author information) and the anonymous file (revised article with no author information). Upload both files to the system.
Ensure that the English abstract and references are reviewed and approved by a professional translator. Avoid submitting abstracts or references translated incorrectly or unprofessionally using tools like Google Translate.
Obtain a plagiarism similarity report for the revised article from the Samim Noor platform. Place this certificate at the beginning of the main article file. Submitting the similarity report is mandatory.
Thank you for your cooperation.
