The existence of a common will among the agents of a social institution improves the ability of that social institution to achieve its missions to a very significant extent. Many social, psychological, physical, internal and external factors are involved in the realization of common will, which should be investigated from different aspects and by different sciences. In the current research, the intention is to propose a way based on Sadraian philosophy for how to realize the common will among organizational agents. The author has answered the research question by examining the process of human action by adhering to the foundations of Sadrian philosophy. The result indicates that if the following factors are present, common will can be expected;  homogeneous structure (in Persian: Shakeleh) (moderation in disposition (in Persian: Malake)and common beliefs), common understanding of common cognitions, the same accumulated knowledge and experiences, growth in a single community and convergent (same direction) social pressure, and the action of motivating faculteis under the complete dominance of practical reason. To whatever extent that the aggents are actualized in rationality, to the same extent the common will will be realized more completely and with very little deviation. Finally, the conceptual model of the process of realizing the common will has also been presented.
